are there any news regarding this issue? I think the problem for customers to buy in your store could also be that they get multiple packets - or do you offer or plan combined delivery?

Thanks for the idea Kevin. This has been (& still is) our biggest challenge since launching. The nature of the business means that the coffee is not stored & dispatched centrally, instead it is freshly roasted & delivered directly from each roaster - meaning multiple deliveries & associated costs. We could just increase the price of the coffee and provide one delivery charge however we want to be as transparent as possible. The price of the coffee and deliveries on our site are the same if you went to each roaster site to order. We are working with the roasters on this and hope to be able to offer a single delivery charge in the not too distant future. best regards, Lloyd
